Information required for filing Inventions / Utility Model Application

1. Full name, address, nationality of the Applicant(s) and Inventor(s);

2. Title of the Invention / Utility Solution.

3. Data relating to priority document(s) including Country, application number.

4. Filing date and name of the application for claiming the priority right under the Paris Convention.

Documents required for filing Patent /Utility Model Application

1. Power of Attorney from Applicant

2. Deed of Assignment (if any);

3. Deed of Assignment of the Priority Rights (if any);

4. Specification, Claims, Abstract in English, and drawings (if any);

5. Certified copy of the Priority Documents and sworn English translation thereof (if any)

6. Certified document of changes relating to Applicant & Inventor

FOR DESIGNS

Information required for filing Industrial Design application

1. Full name, address, nationality of the Applicant(s) and Inventor(s);

2. Title of the Design.

3. Data relating to priority document(s) including Country, application no., filing date name of the applicant for claiming the priority right under the Paris Convention Basic application(s) (if any).

Documents required for filing Industrial Design application

1. Power of Attorney;

2. Deed of Assignment (if any);

3. Deed of Assignment of the Priority Rights (if any);

4. Certified copy of the Priority Documents and sworn English translation thereof (if any);

5. Description in English;

6. Deven (7) sets of Photographs/drawings in the same ratio comprising front, back, top, bottom, left, right and perspective views. Dimension of representation should not be larger than 210mm×297mm (A4 size) and not be smaller than 90mm×120mm.
